On March 17, 2011, Richard Blanscet was watching the Dr. Phil show on his high definition tv wherein Dr. Phil warned about a fake alien invasion. He had smoked Wicked X marijuana which I suspect is a DEA GMO product. I believe Richard was a test subject for the Department of Defense Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS). LOS ANGELES – Dr. Phil announced on his show that there is an alien invasion under way and we must all prepare! Dr. Phil shocked his studio audience yesterday when he announced that he believed “one hundred percent” that an alien invasion is underway and that Americans, and citizens of the world, must prepare for psychologically for our new masters.

“I have studied this carefully with top leaders from governments around the world. The evidence is overwhelming. Aliens from Planet Zeeba and Planet Gootan are amongst us and more are arriving every day. We must all accept this, so that we can be happy and treat these aliens with the dignity and respect they deserve,” Dr. Phil told his audience.

Dr. Phil had Dr. John Malley, a leading alien expert on the U.N. Panel on Extraterrestrials on his show. Dr. Malley told Dr. Phil that the recent unexplained deaths of birds, dolphins, sardines, anchovies, cows and frogs – around the world are evidence that the invasion is ongoing. “All of these mysterious animal deaths have been explained away by governments trying to cover-up the truth. I have examined all of the dead animals and they all have the Mark of the Alien on them. The aliens from Planet Gootan are sending a clear message – we are here and we are taking over,” Dr. Malley told the studio audience.

Dr. Phil said he would dedicate a whole month of shows – in December – on the alien invasion. Many in the audience were frightened and confused. Several of the audience members left wondering if Dr. Phil, himself, was an alien from Planet Gootan.

SALISBURY – Using a high-pitched voice, television host Dr. Phil warned 21-year-old Rowan County resident Richard Blanscet that an alien invasion had begun near his home off Scout Road. Anxious to save the life of his girlfriend, Blanscet left his home in his father’s 1997 Jaguar XK8 and went to “rescue” her. At least that’s the story Blanscet told investigators after he crashed the Jaguar several times, while fleeing from deputies at speeds greater than 100 miles an hour. Blanscet told deputies he had been smoking a “legal form of marijuana” called “Wicked X Herbal Smoke” when he had the dire warning from Dr. Phil.

The deputy’s account is somewhat different. According to the Sheriff’s report, deputies were called to the house just after 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday to help EMS deal with a combative patient. EMS had reported that Blanscet had nearly struck them with a car near the intersection of Scout Road and Bringle Ferry Road. A deputy responding to the intersection saw Blanscet drive his Jag through the cemetery at St. Matthews Lutheran Church, then drive through the church parking lot, just minutes after the mid-week service had ended.

The fire chief with the department that responded to the call told deputies that Blanscet had nearly hit emergency workers as he drove out of his neighborhood. The deputy then began to follow Blanscet, and reported that Blanscet pushed his Jaguar to more than 100 miles an hour, then crashed trying to make a sharp left onto Poole Road. After a brief slowdown, Blanscet again drove back to Bringle Ferry Road and headed towards Salisbury with the deputy in pursuit. At one point, the deputy noted that Blanscet drove through the parking lot of the grocery store near Earnhardt Road, then crashed again “rendering his vehicle inoperable.”

It was then that Blanscet began to tell the deputy his story of Dr. Phil, the alien invasion, and legal marijuana. Blanscet talked to WBTV’s David Whisenant on Thursday morning and said the ‘alien invasion’ felt very real to him. “When this was happening I was not high, the noises from the TV were hurting my brain in a way that made me want to vomit,” Blanscet said, “That got rid of any sort of high I could have had because it was so painful.”

Blanscet spoke to Whisenant because he wanted to warn others of what can happen with “Wicked X.” Despite his experience, he said he thinks the product should be legal for adults but doesn’t think anyone under 18 should be allowed to use it. His mother also strongly encouraged Blanscet to speak out about what happened to him. “It just needs to be manufactured so that it’s the exact same product every time and not make you think that aliens are coming through the TV,” he added.

He says the aliens were coming through his electronics in his home. After he slammed down two phones, pulled the smoke detector off the wall and turned off the televison, he left the home. He stepped outside and believed he saw and heard a helicopter – which he believed to be aliens coming after him.

When he saw the blue lights from the deputy’s cruiser during the chase, he says he also believed that to be the ‘aliens.’

“I wasn’t high,” he told WBTV on Thursday. “This was reality to me.”

He says he doesn’t believe that the herbs should be illegal, he just wishes he hadn’t bought ‘the cheap stuff’ and believes he got a bad batch.

Blanscet was taken to the hospital for a blood test, then to the Magistrate’s Office where he was charged with felony fleeing to elude arrest, driving while impaired, and resisting an officer.

Blanscet was released from jail after posting $2,500 bond.

 

“Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) & the All-Digital TV Broadcast Signal: Connection?”,

 Ever since first hearing of it last spring, I’ve had a deepening sense of foreboding – an unnamed dread of the upcoming shift to an all-digital television broadcast signal, scheduled to occur in February 2009. Now, I believe, that nameless dread may have a name, after all.

The Department of Defense calls it Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), and it also goes by the name of S-quad or Squad. In the private sector, the technology goes by the name of Silent Subliminal Presentation System and the technology has also been released to certain corporate vendors who have attached catchy brand names like BrainSpeak Silent Subliminals to their own SSSS-based products.

Whatever you call it, SSSS is a technology that uses subliminal programming that is carried over Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) broadcast waves, planting inaudible messages directly into the subconscious human mind.

Perfected more than twenty years ago by the Department of Defense and battlefield-tested upon unwitting Iraqi soldiers serving in the army of Saddam Hussein in the Gulf War during 1991, SSSS is a sinister weapon that may have been been developed for a specific mission: the total subjugation of the American people.

Whether SSSS is coupled with the new all-digital TV signal as its means of delivery into the minds of an unsuspecting U.S. populace or not, it can be deployed by many different devices, including HAARP and GWEN towers, which would effectively blanket the entire nation at once. In fact, Judy Wall says that “there is evidence that the US Government has plans to extend the range of this technology to envelop all peoples, all countries. This can be accomplished, is being accomplished, by utilising the nearly completed HAARP project for overseas areas and the GWEN network now in place in the US. The US Government denies all this.”

But the most insidious aspect of SSSS is that it is completely undetectable by those being targeted. Because it delivers its subliminal programming directly to the human brain via the auditory sense at frequencies that humans are incapable of perceiving as sound, there is no defense against it. Everyone on the planet is equally susceptible to mind control via SSSS and there isn’t any escape from it, as the UHF waves can be transmitted over very long distances from remotely located sources and will pass through walls and other objects as if they are not there. UHF is the frequency (100mhz) that has been used for television and radio broadcasting for as long as these media have existed. SSSS is designed to utilize UHF as a carrier wave.

Even more insidious, though, is the fact that, coupled with the use of supercomputers, an individual’s unique electroencephalographic (EEG) patterns can be digitally altered and then stored for rebroadcast via digital UHF. According to Judy Wall, editor and publisher of Resonance, the newsletter of the Bioelectromagnetics Special Interest Group, these computer-enhanced EEGs “can identify and isolate the brain’s low-amplitude ‘emotion signature clusters,’ synthesise them and store them on another computer. In other words, by studying the subtle characteristic brainwave patterns that occur when a subject experiences a particular emotion, scientists have been able to identify the concomitant brainwave pattern and can now duplicate it.” These modified emotion signature clusters can then be broadcast over UHF carrier frequencies (i.e., regular TV and radio signals) directly into the brain where they can then “silently trigger the same basic emotion in another human being.” In other words, if the emotional signature cluster for, say, a feeling of hopelessness and despair is being fed directly into your brain via unseen radio waves, you will feel those emotions. The implications of this are, quite literally, mind boggling.

Most of us have heard the military’s term “full spectrum dominance.” We have heard it defined, basically, as “a military concept whereby a joint military structure achieves control over all elements of the battlespace using land, air, maritime and space based assets.” However, those in the military are rarely poetic and are not given to using metaphors, as a rule. They are very blunt, very direct. Given that, could it be the use of the word spectrum is more literal?

The electromagnetic spectrum “is the range of all possible frequencies of electromagnetic radiation,” according to Wikipedia. I submit that it is this quite literal spectrum the Department of Defense is referring to.

The reason I believe this to be the case is because the global dominance of land, air, sea and space isn’t enough for full control of the world, which is, of course, the real objective referred to by the term “full spectrum dominance.” But, that control, in order to be absolute, must also – must especially – include the full control of the electromagnetic spectrum and all that is affected by it.

If this is correct, then it follows that our brains, which are electro-chemical, are included in that “full spectrum dominance,” for, without total control of our minds, as well as the environment in which we live, there would always be the possibility of the overthrow of the coming world government, if not its prevention, in the first place.

To that end, the military-intelligence establish has been working, for decades, on electromagnetic mind control of the entire population. This has been and is being delivered via television, radio, and quite probably HAARP and the GWEN network, using cell phone towers, as well as by possible other means.

Of course, control of the population, at large, is the main objective, but there is a subset to that objective, and that is control of our own military, as well. This is where the use of electromagnetic mind control helmets, proposed jointly by the CIA and the DOD, comes into play. DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) has called for the installation of “transcranial ultrasonic mind control devices” in soldiers’ helmets.

Though these devices have been billed by the media as being a means to allow “soldiers to manipulate brain functions to boost alertness, relieve stress, or even reduce the effects of traumatic brain injury,” the prospect is great that it could also be used in conjunction with yet another DOD mind control tool, Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS), or “silent sound,” for short. Since Silent Sound is, essentially, ultrasonic (above the range of human hearing), it could fit right in with a transcranial ultrasonic mind control device. The digitally stored “emotion clusters” used in SSSS would be fed directly into the brain along with the ultrasound.

Since any human emotions can be implanted directly into the brain, where they will become the emotional state of the person receiving them, any emotion or range of emotions can be implanted into soldiers’ minds and they will experience these emotional states without knowing they are being manipulated. Thus, a state of calm or a feeling of invincibility can be implanted in the minds of soldiers committing the most heinous atrocities, thus defusing any normal reactions to such horrific events. It would, in a very real sense, create the same mental state that exists in a psychotic serial killer, who feels no remorse or compassion for his victims. Such a mental state would be useful in conducting a genocidal war against innocents for imperial conquest, and it would be just as useful for turning our military against American citizens, in the event of martial law.

Marijuana Growers: Hang onto your pot, here come the genetically modified genes!

It is painfully obvious that mad scientists have gone wild and are in charge of our health and food supply. And now, they want to grab hold of Mary Jane, Weed, Cannabis, Pot, Marijuana, or whatever else you want to call it.

Yeah, we know it has medicinal properties, and so do they. That is one of the reasons it has remained illegal for so long. Someone growing a plant in their backyard and foregoing over-the-counter pain medication, or making a tincture that helps fight cancer just might cut into Big Pharma profits, and we can’t have that. At least not until it can be strictly controlled by the very drug companies that specialize in delivering, for a hefty price, a barrage of drugs designed to, at the very least, incapacitate, and not actually cure anything.

So, here it is. The start of something big. Marijuana gone GMO:

“Greenhouses lined with genetically modified marijuana sit on a mountainside just an hour ride from Cali, Colombia, where farmers say the enhanced plants are more powerful and profitable.

One greenhouse owner said she can sell the modified marijuana for 100,000 pesos ($54) per kilo (2.2 pounds), which is nearly 10 times more than the price she can get for ordinary marijuana.

Local authorities said the arrival of genetically modified seeds, which are imported from Europe and the United States have allowed “a bigger production and better quality at the same time”.

A police commander in the Cauca region where Cali is located, Carlos Rodriguez, said one of the modified varieties goes by the name, “Creepy”.

Another seed modified in The Netherlands is fetching a good price in the area, said a foreign researcher, who asked to remain anonymous. That version, well-known in Europe as “La Cominera”, is named for the Colombian village where it grows.

“La Cominera’s” higher value is due to its increased concentration of THC, the plant’s principal active ingredient, and the modified plant verges on an 18 percent concentration level, compared to a normal marijuana plant’s two to seven percent, said the researcher.”

Coincidence that this is going on just as Big Pharma is busy patenting a Marijuana pill? Notice that the genetically modified seeds are imported from Europe, the Netherlands and the United States.

Despite the US government’s staunch opposition to medical cannabis farms in Oakland and elsewhere, the feds have begun licensing a whole lot of large legal pot grows throughout the country. But this weed is not for cannabis dispensaries and their patients; it’s for Big Pharma.

The Drug Enforcement Administration told Legalization Nation in an e-mail last week that 55 unnamed companies now hold licenses to grow cannabis in the United States, a fact that contradicts the widespread belief that there is only one legal pot farm in America, operated under the DEA for research purposes. It appears as if the upswing in federally approved pot farming is about feeding the need of pharmaceutical companies who want to produce a generic version of THC pill Marinol and at least one other cannabis-based pill for a wide variety of new uses.

Let’s see if I have this straight. Marijuana, natural, grown in your backyard: BAD! Marijuana farms, licensed by the feds and operated by the DEA for Big Pharma, and most likely genetically modified in a laboratory: GOOD! Hey, bubee, don’t you understand that this is bad??? So, off to jail you go for growing a healthy plant in your yard, but if you splice genes in a lab and grow a GM plant, changing that plant from something healthy to something designed to kill, patent it, and hand it over to the drug companies to push, then all the riches of the planet are yours, courtesy of your friendly neighborhood U.S. government.

The Last Card, The Disclosure Project and Carol Rosin

When Von Braun was dying in front of me, the very first day that I met him, he had tubes draining out of his side. He was tapping on the desk telling me, “You will come to Fairchild.” I was a schoolteacher. He said, “You will come to Fairchild and you will be responsible for keeping weapons out of space.” The way he said it with this intenseness in his eyes, and added that very first day, the first time I met him, that space-based weapons were a dangerous, destabilizing, too costly, unnecessary, untestable, unworkable idea.

The last card that was being held was the extraterrestrial enemy card.

The intensity with which he said that, made me realize that he knew something that he was too afraid to mention. He was too afraid to talk about it. He would not tell me the details.  I am not sure that I would have absorbed them if he had told me the details or even believed him in 1974. But there was no question that that man knew and had a need to know, I found out later.  There is no doubt in my mind that Wernher Von Braun knew about the extraterrestrial issue.
